Abstract:
This study examines the association between housing situation and financial well-being, with a focus on age as a potential moderator. Using data from the National Financial Well-Being Survey (NFWBS), which included 6,350 participants representing the U.S. adult population. The results revealed a significant relationship between housing situation and financial well-being. A moderation analysis showed that age significantly influenced the housing-financial well-being relationship.
