Abstract: Results from previous research conducted in the U.S. indicate a decline in individuals’ financial well-being over the past year (The Federal Reserve, 2023). This trend underscores the importance of identifying and addressing potential factors that influence financial well-being. Previous research results show a positive association between self-control and financial well-being. Building on these findings, this study examines the relationship between financial well-being scores, self-control score, and health ratings, while also exploring other potential moderating factors.
